The is no house keeping, had to find out on my arrival wen I asked. The house keeping should be incuded

We needed a place close to UCT Private Hospital, It was walking distance from the hospital, so I did not need to drive my car in the heavy traffic. The car was securely parked inside the building with guards. There were guards 24/7 on duty. They made sure no one enters that does not belong there. We felt save, even the woman who came to clean were very honest. Sure, there is no air con and it is noisy outside, but we were there in winter and with the windows closed it did not affect us.

There was only one small pot and a pan, needed more pots for cooking. It is probably not a safe area, but we chose it to be close to the hospital, and that it was. There was no usable plug in the wash basin. Still good value for money.

Rooms were perfect and clean. Location was also perfect, near the children's schools.

Lack of parking space. No mop in the apartment.

It was convenient and close to where we needed to be. It became cozy with the family. It had ‘most’ of what we needed.

The property is extremely HOT with no fans. There weren’t enough towel racks. The 2nd bedroom’s cupboard doors don’t open because of the bed placement. Some kitchen appliances/ cutlery were broken, damaged or dirty ie. knifes, microwave did weird things, some cutlery hadn’t been washed properly. We didn’t realise when looking that it was in a block of flats and it looks a lot bigger online. The shell garage downstairs has a massive generator that makes one hell of a loud noise during loading shedding.

Super clean and easy access to. Stores and amenities.
