The apartment is great, nothing is missing, the location is perfect, highly recommended and prepared for loadshedding, I had a problem with the dates and they helped me with the change without a problem. Thank you so much!

I stayed here with my partner and two small children and could not recommend it any more highly. It was a perfect location, two minutes walk to the VnA and felt super safe. The facilities were outstanding, beautiful private terrace straight onto the communal pool. Also the canal area outside of this was beautiful. We also found the host to be extremely helpful and accommodating, thinking of everything a guest might need. The apartment was spotless and was cleaned once during our week long stay. I especially loved the small touches like the eco friendly shampoo and hand soap and the bucket and ball for the children. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Marina 005 is located super conveniently in a well maintained complex that is super safe and, while walking distance from the bustling waterfront mall, it is extremely secluded and premium. you are able to relax completely while being in the center of Cape Town.

Cape town can get windy and then the balcony got a little dirty. The outside balcony is spacious and well equipped, it just needs a sweep after a windy day.

This lovely apartment surpassed all our expectations. It’s very spacious and immaculately clean. The lovely cleaning lady Phyllis came every 2 days and did a fantastic job. The bathrooms and kitchen are high spec and all the crockery, glasses etc are very good quality. There’s a huge terrace outside with sofas on one side and table and chairs on the other. Only a few steps down is a lovely swimming pool which is cleaned every morning. The complex is very secure and there are always staff on duty at the security gate where you need to swipe your fob to gain entry. The waterfront location is very peaceful and only a 4/5 minute walk to all the lovely restaurants, shops and bars. The tourist office is a short walk away and you can book trips out to all the attractions very easily. Chris, our host was at the apartment to warmly greet us on arrival and even carried our luggage. Throughout our stay he was always available and answered our texts very quickly. It was very reassuring to know he was there to help in an unobtrusive way. We will be coming back to Cape Town and this apartment will definitely be our go to place.

There is nothing not to like. We couldn’t find fault with anything.
