"Disappointing as I had previously stayed and did not have cleanliness and noise issues"

The staff are friendly and helpful BUT noise factor from vending machine needed me to go out of my room at 2am to unplug it, then the cockroaches, lead me to decide to vacate early and find alternative accommodation as my wife was joining me and could not risk allowing her the experience that I was having

Noise factor internal the communal dining room in close proximity to room I was given due to the cockroaches in my previous room and external - high traffic volumes

Serve a breakfast. Not enough water in fridge for 4x people booked. No milk. Not enough coffee. Only 3x sachets.

"The very best location, sparkling clean, 250 meters from Sea Point Spar and Woolworths. A four minute drive to Clifton."

My room had good natural light and good ventilation thanks to big, opening windows on two sides. Parking is a must-have for me and although it was not behind a gate my car was safe. There are cameras on the parking area. Very friendly staff, especially Antony on the night shift.

Absolutely no complaints.
