Great location, good-sized apartment with a stunning view, great staff on hand (from cleaning, check in and WhatsApp comms). Ample parking, great WiFi that works. Very responsive host. Loved every day I stayed there.

Everything was great. Please don’t forget to wipe down the walls and doors. That always makes the place sparkle.

Great views, spacious

The shower did not drain well. Water accumulated to ankle level. The main bedroom aircon leaked and the LED strip light in the bulkhead in the main bedroom flashed like a disco- if these are fixed the place would have been great as it was a bit annoying to experience this over 6 days

The location and view stunning. The rooms spacious and well furnished. Housekeeper was exceptionally good.

Sliding doors very stiff to operate. One didn't fit properly so our master bedroom was draughty in September and we had to leave the noisy heating on. Nox did not fix anything as agreed. Nox greeting agent not very professional and walked off with our rucksack. Master bedroom mattress comfortable but well worn and uneven. Lights flickered. Showers not thermostatic, so make sure no one else is using the water or you'll freeze or scald.

The location was excellent and the unit was well-equipped. Also, every day Nox checked on us and every issue was handled immediately and professionally, with a follow-up. I had issues with the internet and the cable and both were resolved immediately.

The pillows were uncomfortable and the toiletries were not re-filled. Also, take note that there is only 1 en-suite and the toilet is at the entrance. It is ideal for a family with little kids rather than 3 couples or 6 adults sharing.

The building is very old, lots of awkward staircases and glass doors to get to the unit. There is no elevator and if you’re traveling with young kids you can’t easily get your pram into and out of the apartment. The parking bays for Unit 9 are poorly positioned and entry level parking is right in the corner up against a wall. The apartment was expensive for what was provided. The second and third bedroom were tiny and shared a bathroom. Only the master bedroom was en suite. The tap fitting kept falling out in the second bathroom tub. There was only one television in the entire apartment even though there are three bedrooms. The apartment was over decorated with too much clutter. The water pressure was very poor in the apartment and the geyser wasn’t the greatest because water temperature fluctuated often. The address is also not pinned accurately as google maps takes you to a location on lower kloof road below the apartment. It’s in a windy part of camps bay and the wind howled most nights. Overall it’s just overpriced and not that great.
