We know the complex from previous stays. The owners of #48 were unusually responsive. The apartment was well equipped and in a quiet location.

Allocation of parking spot. In fact the parking spot was being used by someone else. The reception did however find us a spot although it would have been more convenient to have the pre-allocated spot that was attached to the apartment.

Everything. Awesome location. Wonderful apartment. Super comfortable. Felt like home. Everything was perfect. Close to shops for food and alcohol.

"Listen to the waves from this Beautiful apartment in a safe complex close to everything!!"

The position of the apartment close to shops, the beach and restaurants. The views were superb - different every day (sea & mountain). Bright, airy and very well appointed with large bedrooms and a spacious balcony. Secure parking in the basement. A lift making it easy to transport luggage. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful as well as the owner. The security was excellent. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a beach holiday in Cape Town.

A bigger mirror in main bedroom would be better and I think it would be a good idea to give the exact location of the reception and key pick up. We didn't know which side of the building it was on. Minor issues considering all the great things.
