"Good views and cozy room"

Staff was really nice. Goga was very helpful and helped translate our requests in English. They had a nice activity room where we played table tennis as well. A bit far from Bakuriani centre but quite close to the cable car (which was closed when we went...) Good views from the room. Room was also very warm and cozy when we entered (the fairy lights were such a cute touch!)

No toiletries, maybe this was included if we wanted towels (which was an extra 30GEL and we did not opt for this as we were carrying our own). Location on Booking.com also goes farther than the hotel, actual location on Google Maps is Didveli Gallery.

"Great location!"

The location was great, also there is a very good restaurant downstairs with excellent food and wine, and very friendly and helpful staff! The apartment had a nice balcony, fridge, comfortable bed and facilities to cook and make tea and coffee too.

There was a problem with the hot water shower on the second day, but this was resolved later
