- Too much noise from the bar downstairs - No cleaning service for the 9 days I spent in the unit - There was no water in the building for 4 days and the owner only provided 1 bottle of 5l per day. - the socket at the kitchen was not working and when I reported the owner promised to send someone to check and this person only come on the day I was leaving.

Location was okay

The apartment was inadequately cleaned, with insects flying around, unclean table surfaces, and a foul-smelling dustbin. The host failed to respond to any of my communications. Furthermore, there was no hot water for four days, and my concerns were entirely disregarded. It was also very noisy over the weekend due to a restaurant/bar located downstairs and next to the apartment, making it a highly disruptive place to stay. Additionally, there was no washing machine in the apartment, as stated on Booking.com. Instead, the washing machine was located in the building, and guests were required to pay to use it.

The location was great. Staff were courteous and always friendly.

The apartment i stayed in needs to be attended to. The one dining chair is in shocking condition. I had to buy batteries for the TV remote.

the apartment was relatively small and the bed was not very comfortable
