"It was good, but there is room for improvement"

The privacy, the room was clean as well

That our room was not ready by 3. There were not keys at the key box. We were told to go up and the room was locked. Waited for about 5 minutes and we called the service number. The guy was still inside the room finishing up. The pool was dirty we could not even swim

"Nice view, but place had alot of downfalls unfortunately"

The view was amazing. Bed and sofa was comfortable. All essential appliances were available.

The bathroom had black mould on the ceiling. Extractor fan was not working in the bathroom. The room was very cold as the door to the balcony was not able to close properly. Cleaning was very delayed had to wait till 16:30pm to check into my room. I had no where to go and had to wait in the lobby from 13:00pm. Room was only cleaned once by the staff, the rest of the cleaning I had to do.
