facing beach and mountain, good view safe town big space for family stay service was very good, after I complained the cleaness, service was attended very quick

1, Little bit far from Cape Town 2, Smell in Bath rooms, no exhaust fan 3, Too much sand fly into the room, maybe because of the construction, I guess after it is done, should not be like that. 4, The whole setup is not feel warm, cheep feeling, speacially the windows are making too much noice when there is wind. shower is very small.

The flat was probably nice 15 years ago, but is now in a worn out state, and full of old disgusting contents, mold in bathrooms and infested with cockroaches in kitchen!

We arrived, waited ages to even get in the door, no agent, just cleaners! We'd asked for cleaners, but never were given the opportunity to arrange it, as very poor communication from Jarryd the agent! Given broken fob and keys! Then we checked it over...construction outside the front on beach which will be there for about 3 years, which no one told us about...they start making noise from 6am with generators and shouting, reversing machinery onto the road etc, so no rest at all! Followed by loud digger and crane continually, so not a peaceful beachside accommodation whatsoever! The bathrooms both have mold, the twin room, the shower door is actually in the cupboard, and if used the floor has to be mopped immediately for safety! There were no pool towels as stated, the iron was burnt and unusable! There was 1 frying pan which was terribly old and burnt, and had no coating left, so toxic! The kitchen had a cockroach infestation that was in all the lower cupboards, and you would be greeted on a morning with at least 5-10 running over the countertops! The plumbing in master bedroom was producing a rancid smell through the bath drain, which on a morning would be very strong and unpleasant! The couch has very worn springs, and is covered in stains Altogether this place is very unkempt, jaded and should have been beautiful, but instead was depressing and a con! It has not been kept in a good state, and communication is absent, which I believe is purposely done! This was by far the worst accommodation I have ever had, and I want to warn others to beware that the pictures are of a much different looking flat!

Property very clean and safe,rooms are spacious. Shops are close by we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views of the bay , quiet building with nearby shops. The trollies available in the building to help move your bags from the car to the unit is a nice touch

Construction in the street below can get a little noisy , with a pump running 24hrs a day

The view and the host was just a phone call away 😊

The couch is dirty and uncomfortable... Lounge Furniture change would do.
