Furniture too old. Place needs a renovation

The fact that its at the sea and the beach is near and safe.

The service. The host seem to be in a hurry and displaced. Probably its peak season and she could not handle all property check in and check outs without affecting guest. We had to wait for our linen even after 2pm as they were still drying up. Service was just bad.

Heavy security to get in and out The apartment felt tacky and in need of a deep clean. The toilet leak. Battery-operated lights are provided without batteries to operate it for times of loadshedding. Strongly recommend providing emergency exit route or procedure in the apartment. The area did not feel safe to walk around, day or night.

We liked the apartment 👌,incredible space and the environment. It was nice having access to the garden lobby at first floor.

Our apartment entrance door was hard to open and we had to use 1bathroom because the other 1 we were told the shower door is not in good order.

I like the fact that the place was a walking distance to a beach and also at the shops

The attitude of the lady who was our host, she was in a hurry and had to remind her that we are her clients she must treat us better.
