I liked the room, it was clean.

Some people smoked inside the house, there was always some bad smell.

This is a nice house, but it is not well-maintained, The kitchen was clean. The bathroom downstairs was the best, and it was fairly clean.

The tub in the bathroom upstairs needs replacement, wash basin was clogged, I tried to fix it, but it was dirty at all times. The towels were clean but small and not appropriate, they were hand towels. The floor in the room does seem not deeply clean...

Like the room I’d stayed on the first floor….

Which I had TV.. but Wi-Fi was available to use…

I shared the room with my sister. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed is huge and clean, and the shower and toilet room is very pretty, we felt like a hotel room as it was nicely designed. The AC was great as it was so hot that night. It was convenient to have a parking spot off the street and just at the back of to the house. The street is very nice, clean and well maintained.

There was someone making food at the kitchen around midnight, which was not as nice. I would ask the other residents to avoid using the kitchen after a certain hour, as the door not blocking all noises

A lot of restaurants within waking distance. Nice neighborhood. Getting to my convention was quick by car.

The stairs to the basement room were a little hard on my wife's knees.

Cleaning Services

When I arrived i was sent a different address from the one that was given. This new location did not have any ironing facilities as it was stated in the description. This new location did not have a bathroom door. Also, the host did not answer any of the calls to talk about the new change, however, he called when the time to leave was up.
