Location, lobby, restaurant and staff

Room had very small space, bathtub barely fit a person and toilet flush was sometimes leaking

I like the helpful staff, location is close but also away from any chaos, near the center plus ski slopes, and the bar and restaurant are 10 out of 10.

Nothing it had everything I want and you have privacy.

The hotel is very cozy, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, the breakfast is ok, but more then enough for breakfast, the gaming room on the 4 floor is a big help if you have kids, over all we where very satisfied, recommend

It felt like a bordel and club. I’m not that sensitive guy to be honest, but the amount of sex noise coming from the closest room was terrifying. And it was happening during the whole night. And drunk guys screaming during the night. I’ve booked the stay for 3 nights, and decided to leave after the first one. Asked for a refund for at least one night, but administrator said “hm you know you’ve already paid and we can’t do anything”. Definitely won’t recommend to couples with kids or anyone who wants to calmly sleep at night. And definitely doesn’t worth the money they want for the night stay.
