"The people are very unprofessional and they don't do honest business."

The service we got was very poor. I requested an extra key so that me and my friends could move freely but I never received it. I asked for toilet paper and I was told to go buy it myself. I asked for my deposit 8 days after I checked out and the lady refused to give it back after she asked me to send my banking details so that she can refund me. She instead accused me of stealing a lamp.
