Good location

Small bugs and cockroaches crawling out from sink and drain cover. The owner said that they service it regularly so they were unsure why it was coming out, they tried to help but nothing worked out. Some of the plugs did not work as well. Just a heads up that you will need to put down the security deposit as well so you'll have to wire them money because they don't take cash. For me, I had to pay for wire fees to send the security deposit and to receive it as well when using my bank. The owner leaves a key in the mailbox for you with a code to unlock it.

The apartment was a great surprise. Greta facilities, beautifully decorated and the host was fantastic. Security was a pleasure. Great value for money. Will definitely stay again when in Cape Town.

The location was good, central and convenient. The accommodation was spacious. modern and comfortable.

Although the place was clean (clean linen, facilities), there is problem with cockroaches and though it seems the place was treated in May 2023, the problem still persists. Some basic utilities, like a knife (other than steak knives) would have been appreciated.

The host is friendly and attentive to your needs. She was available at all times to answer any questions / concerns. The property is stylish, well located and safe. Parking behind secure gate.

The place is easily accessible, not far from most tourist attractions and there are shops as well as restaurants nearby. Good facilities in apartment and use of good fragrance diffusers.
