A Hip City Studio

I loved everything in the studio, especially the little balcony and a garden in front.

Everything about my stay there was pleasant. Before my arrival, I received clear instructions on how to enter the premises and for the duration of my stay, the hosts would check in on me via messaging to find out if I required anything. The property itself was beautiful. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Property is extremely well located! The building is very neat as well, and building staff very helpful and friendly. Parking is also safe and easy to access.

The location is perfect if you want to explore the city without having the trouble of travelling long distances. We loved the decor, how safe the building was and the amount of natural light that came flowing in everyday.

There’s a few details that need to be addressed, which affected the quality of our stay. The geyser in the bathroom looks very untidy and should either be moved or at least have a cupboard built onto it, it also makes the basin area VERY dark and the metal poles sticking out were a bit of a hazard if you were tall. The bedroom cupboards need to have additional shelves added and the hinges need some grease. The couch leg needs to be fixed as it is loose and squeaks with every minor movement. And if possible, a small bedside table needs to be added to the other side of the bed.

Very beautiful and comfortable apartments. You can find everything you need: coffee machine, washing machine, recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. We felt safe because the house has a reception, additional iron bar door. Also, the TV and router are connected to a backup battery, which is very useful when there is a load shedding. Lu and Dale are very nice and are always available to answer any questions. Thank you!

Very convenient and safe location, free private parking, well-equipped studio with lovely finishes, heated blankets

Unfortunately the shower didnt drain quickly, resulting in a wet bathroom floor after 2 people showering consecutively - nothing a towel or 2 couldnt fix. Also, lovely windows but unfortunately not much of a view
