Beautiful Ocean View Apartment

Windows were dusty, but everything was fine and was over our expectations, the staff was friendly

The evening views are spectacular and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops is a plus.

The TV Remote was broken and I was advised that it would be sorted during my stay. I left the property without this matter being resolved. No one bothered to explain what the delay as all about. The door latch seems to have been broken for some time and has not been repaired. A lot of draught comes through from below and on the sides of the door when it is windy - no wind proofing. The door bangs around the whole time because of the absence of the latch.

The apartment is superb you can view the beach from the balcony hence the sea air in your room. The kitchen had most gadgets for easy cooking for those who love TV there's a lot of channels to select from

Added towels would be appreciated and storage place for excess stuff check list of checking in and out items

Beautiful property! Excellent location and modern interior design. Very well thought out. There is also a backup power station in the unfortunate event of loadshedding! The view is to die for!

Very little provided in terms of basics. No hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc… maybe we just missed the memo thinking that those basics would be provided. There are over enough shops nearby where you can get those things so no major train smash.

Shower door hinges are worn out. Room sliding door wont open. Fridge freezes everything even when on holiday mode. Barh tub plug leaks out water if not used immediately. Minor maintenance would suffice

The security we got from the reception is the best. Even when our power went off, he is the one that came and knock asking us to check the our power, nd went down to basement to check the plugs, even to get the packing for us every evening when we get back
