To start of with, it had the most fantastic view of the ocean and cliffs lending to spectacular sunsets!!! Tricky address but the owner was very helpful. He signed us in and walked us through the location with helpful tips. There is additional written material in several languages to help guide you to local services and various stores. Although the building is some what dated, efforts have been made to update the most of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. It was clean and well painted. Major complaints would be bed mattresses and getting worn and internet seems to disappear during the day.

1. By check out is charged additional payment for using energy (Power is not included in final price!). It is not fair, despite the fact that in the booking conditions on one page there was information about it. 2. Not correct working air condition system (manager delivered mobile air conditioner) 3. Apartment to renovation - a lot small things to imrove, eg: torn out power socket, dirty ceiling, kitchen faucet not matched to sink, old mattress in bed), kitchen equipment partly obsolete 4.
