Cuidado con el vecino de arriba y sus fiestas toda la noche. Te puede amargar la estancia. A las 3 de la mañana se presento la policia pero ni caso el maleducado.

The location is great! It’s amazing to see such a sight from the property.

Not the property’s fault, however, there are a couple of points to do with noise which seems to be a theme of previous reviews left. 1- The steps outside the property was a gathering point for groups of friends and they would be chatting outside until late which you can hear loudly as the glass is so thin. 2- The residents upstairs (possibly a flat share) are VERY loud! They must all work varying hours as the noise is constant probably from when we got back on the evening from walking around, all throughout the night and into early hours of the morning when we properly woke. They were rearranging furniture constantly dragging chairs across the floor, talking loudly. Listening to TV loudly. Someone came back from wherever at 2am then someone awoke maybe at 4am slamming cupboards rearranging furniture stomping around. Cartagena is beautiful but if you want a relaxing evenings sleep after walking around all day I would rethink staying here. Another point to make is the host sends you the address via whattsap which doesn’t bring you outside the front of the property at all it brings you to the front of the ruins/garden looking area so we were walking around for a while trying to find where the property could potentially be. Messaging the host saying we were lost. To which she said she would be with us to meet and give the keys, all well and good but we didn’t know where she’d be. Eventually we found it on our own and found the host standing waiting at the steps for us. Lovely host, directions need to be more clear. Maybe send a walking video to customers walking from the front of the ruins to the property?.

La ubicación es muy buena, está en pleno centro, los colchones y la ducha bien y en general buena limpieza, el piso está coqueto

No dormimos nada pq hacen botellón abajo, para mí lo peor y las vistas que tienes que salir pq sino ves las obras. Regular las chicas que nos atendieron pq pretendían que durmieramos dos en la cama pequeña cuando ponía claramente lo del sofá, tuve que mandarles una captura de pantalla para que vean su anuncio y ahí si nos trajeron sábanas, supongo que eso era innecesario

Wow what a location! Lovely balcony view. Home was larger than I thought, it is all very old but thats the charm of this place. Really enjoyed our stay in the center of Cartagena.

No soundproofing so heard every movement of noisy upstairs residents who made no attempt to remember there were people in flat below stomping about and played very loud reggae music for hours in fact from about 5oclock until 10 pm when they went to bed

La limpieza no estaba como deberia ser ,la camas y la ropa de la cama no estaba muy limpias,al sofa hay que darle una buena limpieza ,el suelo de la casa se movia las baldozas,a una habitacion le faltaba un radiador , hacia frio.

Kleine bauliche Mängel.

Le regalé este alojamiento a mis padres por Reyes y quedaron totalmente fascinados por él: la ubicación excepcional, la decoración, la solería, las ventanas grande, la equipación de la cocina, el tamaño, todo espectacular!

Lo único que echaron en falta por lo que me cuentan es más estufas, sobre todo en la cocina donde hacía mucho frío. Les hubiera gustado tener un calefactor o similar para poder llevarlo donde estaban y calentar un poco las estancias. También avisan de que la instalación eléctrica es algo vieja y al mover unos cables saltaron los plomos. No les pareció nada grave

La localización y lo amable que son las trabajadoras que te atienden.

Los cojines del sofá y de las camas estaban muy sucios, con manchas. El piso de arriba es de estudiantes. Fuimos un viernes noche y montaron una fiesta con música altísima que no acabó hasta las 3 de la madrugada. La fiesta parecía que estaba en nuestra casa.
