The accomodation was in a beautiful setting with sea views and very peaceful surrroundings. It had a nice laid out plan in the two bedroom apartment, which met our expectations. It was clean & comfortable. The Continental Breakfast certainly met our need with a variation of cereals supplied, and the tea, coffee, milk was supplied without having to request more. The chocolate treats were an added bonus.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, it was nice having a good selection of breakfast items, also the coffee machine, although we didn’t get to use it. Great communication with the owners who replied quickly to my messages.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this lovely apartment.

I have stayed in many different bed and breakfast settings. This accommodation exceded my expectations. The hostess was very accommodating and a pleasure to meet on arrival. The rooms I was staying in were beautifully decorated. There were 2 large double bedrooms, a well appointed lounge / dining area and a modern bathroom including a spa bath. My room was cleaned and bed made each day. The provision of breakfast choices was greatly appreciated. A great selection. I will return here next time I visit the Kapiti Coast.

"Quiet location, easy reach of the places we needed to be and very handy to town and the motorway."

The location was perfect for us and the breakfast was just what we needed. We had a lovely calm view of the olive trees and the sea when we returned in the evening. Town was a few minutes away so access to a evening meal was perfect as well.

"Hidden gem . Superb location"

The location is outstanding . So peaceful and full of nature just what we needed . Our host Tricia was helpful and friendly and made us feel at home . The house itself was very cosy with great views . Breakfast was a nice touch .
