Confié en el número de contacto y cuando lo necesite no había nadie, gracias a Atención al cliente de Booking pude entrar, una vez instalado compruebo que no funciona laTV, y ahora que hago??, llamar a Booking?? estaba abandonado para cualquier necesidad

La hora del check - out antes de las 10.00 me pereció temprano, más aún cuando te piden que recoja la basura y te la lleves, cuando también hay que desayunar y asearte , tal vez si me dices que a las 12.00 como cualquier hotel donde lo recogen ellos todo,,, a mí me pidas que te pase la fregona, que si frege los platos.

Location was great. It also had a spacious living and dining area. Had a terrace and well-lit rooms. The host was proactive, providing earplugs to alleviate noise from the street below.

Appliances were aged and difficult to navigate. An instruction booklet for key amenities would be greatly appreciated. An additional cloth to clean benches and potential floor spills would also be helpful.

Extremely clean, easy to check-in at the last minute, friendly and responsive host, center in the city. A typical Portuguese home, felt like a local! Wish we could stay longer. Hopefully next time! Thanks for everything and being very kind!

It was in a good location to restaurants and the beach. The rooms were spacious and nice terrace.

It was difficult to get into the building due to a faulty lock, and the lock to the apartment was also faulty which meant we had to spend a long time trying to get in. The handle didn’t work so we just had to push the door at an angle which was quite stressful at times not knowing if we’d get in. The shower was a little bit dirty.

Convenient location close to restaurants and beach. Large,clean apartment. The owner was very responsive.

The key for street level door was difficult. Noise from bar across the street was very loud which might be fine for some, just not for us.

Spacious and calm decor. Convenient location on main tourist street. Good communication during self check-in.

Hot water ran out fast resulting in a cold shower! Key to open door to building does not fit properly.

Had a bit of trouble unlocking the doors, but my partner eventually figured out the technique to get them to open - persistence is key!
