Villa Lourenco

I would say that it was fantastic experience for us to stay there and value for money. The owner of the property was really helpful, cordial and cooperative to us. We would definitely come back again in the future.

needs a total refurb place is falling abits electric fuse kept tripping electric cupboard door dangerous feel off nearly caught my foot microwave not working looking down on an unused a swimming pool & rubble insufficient bed covers & heating as it was Jan/ feb

Location looks kind of central

The building/apartment is in terrible condition, musty smell, dirty, long corridors leading to room that doesn't feel safe. Looks like something out of a thriller movie. Would not recommend! The pictures are VERY misleading. We arrived at midnight otherwise we would be staying somewhere else.

It was adorable and right by the beach. Comfy bed and nicely sized apartment.

Dirty shower curtain, AC didn’t work in the bedroom, property itself was rundown and dirty.

How close it was to the beach and gardens, peacecull and everyone very friendly

The smell in the corridors

The location is excelent for the beach, but not excelent for the city center. A 30 min walk will get you there. Also the host was nice and very accomodating. It felt very quiet. I am sure that a room with view over the beach makes the experience more pleasurable.

Building was poorly upkept. Going to the room and from the room to the beach felt awkard, like being in a thriller. Long corridors, poor lighting, a drained pool. They all took away from the beauty of the location. I was expecting something else from the pictures. In fact is a hotel that looks like any time soon it's going to close and nobody invest in it. Also, for wifi you have to leave the room and go in the hallway.
