It's dirty with so many cockroaches. The staff are not accomodating nor helpful with our requests. Expect hidden fees. All in all, not recommendable.

The view

They gave me a different room from the pictures and told me on the phone to cancel when it was already 4pm. Such inconvenience. Told me that they can’t change the pics because the front desk might not recognize, COORDINATION is the kay. You can’t just give your clients a room they did’t choose just because you chose not to update and coordinate with the condo’s staff. I chose a certain room according to the pics shown but I didn’t get that. That might be not a big deal for the owners but for a customer who specifically chose a room because of the pics, it’s a huge deal. Also infested with tiny roaches.

The room wasnt prepared 100%. tv remote was not working, cabinets smelled like there’s a cockroach living, electric burner not working so we haven’t been able to cook our food, comfort room needs to be addressed. well its cheap so we got we paid for.
