Sun Vida Tower Studio Unit Across SM City Cebu

in a nice place, everything was fine and clean in the room when I arrived and there was what I needed

the tiles on the floor in the bathroom were loose and we experienced several times that when we were in the shower small worms came out from under the tiles it was really disgusting .. and yes they showed video and pictures of it but we didn't get another room ( they should have given it to us immediately ) but other than that a lovely place and could easily stay there again

Location above average, bed superb, small lil bachelor pad, it's a pass, typical in the Phil, without the corrugated iron

The staff, very ordinary more like a close nit gang

The property all in all was clean, cozy, and secured. For those who appreciate a tidy, simple, and minimalistic space without all the unnecessary decors and fuss, this one is for you. The sheets were clean and soft, so were the pillows. The bathroom was spacious, no bugs seen around. The owner was polite and communication was really easy.

Door was secured with automatic door lock which is good but we had a minor problem with the door code. The given door code didn’t work. Took us around 5-10mins to figure things out and get in but the owner was kind enough to assist us with it.

One flaw was the bathroom due to a water leak there was water even in the Times

The place is clean. Airport is just 20-30 minutes away depending on the traffic.

Could have been cheaper, but I booked from "booking:com" probably that is why the price is a bit higher.

location is great, the aircon is very good.

netflix was not working, the comfort room has aserious problem : once you take a shower, part of the water slide under the tiles and then when you walk over it after the water pops out between tiles. VERY NOISY : the best time to sleep is during day time. During evening there was a bunch of teens shouting in corridors and there was a karaoke pary from 22:00 to 04:00 running next to our unit , no one seems to care about.

Easy acces to the unit via password code. SM City Cebu is just accros the unit. The owner provided hand soap, shampoo and detergent

In the last day wifi didnt work due to the fact that the router was located in another unit, probably being turned of by the guest. We contacted the owner in order to solve the problem, but unfortunately without any effect.

Almost complete amenities such as WiFi, toilet papers, towels, soaps and cleaners and good AirCon and plenty of water bottles

The bed sheets didn’t smell clean. There was smell of pomade in two of the pillow cases.

it's near the establishments and it's transportation accessible, the fact that we're able to cook so we can save made it more amazing, the owner is super friendly and assisting, made sure our needs as a tenant are met. we'll definitely book this place if we come to cebu again.

I love the location. It is across SM City Cebu and in a central location close to everything. The room is spacious. Internet is fast with Netflix and huge TV set. I like that it feels like home away from home with big fridge and all the kitchen appliances and utensils you need are available. I like that it has the digital/smart door lock that I don't have to worry losing keys to the room. I would recommend this to my friends and book it again the next time I get the chance to visit Cebu. The unit staff was likewise friendly, quick to reply to inquiries and helped me with my luggage.

Not that I didn't like but could be improved is the shower head. It is outdated and needs replacement. The lobby and front desk design of SunVida Tower could also be improved to make it look more presentable and with hotel-vibe style. This is the first room the guest's experience. First impression is important.
