2 Bedroom Condo Unit with City and Mountain View

It accommodated 11 of us well

1. The showers both bathrooms were defective. 2. There were not enough pillows and towels

the stove was not working, we requested for extra bed but nothing was prepared. there was a used towel under the table.

Location is accessible to many restaurants.

There are no rugs but they gave us when we requested.

We booked for 2 Bedroom Condo Unit. The reason for booking the 2 Bedroom is because we are travelling with my parents in law for each couple to have privacy. We were not informed that the Condo we booked is not available instead they gave us a loft type. The mineral water that was provided is not even new the water left is 1/8 of the gallon. There was no door between the shower room and the toilet so the water is all over the place it's a bit messy. My parents in law ended up sleeping in the living room me my wife our son together with 2 of my wife's cousins in the loft. I phoned the no. that was provided but the person whom I spoke with is not even apologetic of what happened. To sum it up the Condo we booked in is not the one that was given to us.
