"Overhyped condo description led to disappointment"

TV had excellent picture quality plus fast internet.

Difficult to get a taxi and trying to cross the 6 lane highway by foot outside was life threatening. Olympic size swimming Pool only 2 ft deep was a major disappointment. Apartment tired and in need of a refresh, living room has no direct light from outside giving a gloomy interior. Both bedroom windows didn't seal properly letting in excessive outside noise

Very accessible (walking distance to Il Corso) and few minutes ride to SM Seaside Mall. Location was well known, easy to book grab transpo anytime. Apartment was very clean, modern and has fully equipped kitchen. Host (Roland) was extremely accommodating and helpful, came by to deliver the iron and ironing board himself upon request. All the security guards were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely book again on our next visit and will highly recommend to other friends.

Could be better with a bidet spray in the toilet.

Felt very secure for my wife and child and host accommodated any requests

Water was shut off once in middle of the night with in a week stay for a couple of hours for water treatment

Everything including the owner Roland was wonderful. Very informative and made our stay excellent. The accommodation was perfect great location and price and close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. I would definitely book this location again.

The resort is working on some maintenance updates but doesn’t affect stay only outside cosmetics.

It was a relaxed and quiet spot. The pool was nice.

Being a taller guy, I could see that the tops of the refrigerator and cupboards aren't clear often.

"Cebu adventure"

The apartment was a good size having 2 bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen had everything and it all worked, WiFi was good and a smart TV , with TV box all worked well. Situated outside the hustle and bustle of Cebu city it was nice and quiet at night, Roland the owner was amazing, and a great help, I would stay there again,

When it rained hard the road flooded and you had to wade in knee deep water to get back to the apartment.
