As soon as we walked in, the apartment stunk of dried fish or some sort , no ventilation, the bathroom was disgusting, no toilet paper was provided until we requested for it, shower has no water pressure so I guess that's why they provided a bucket in the bathroom to enable guests to flush the toilet and wash themselves. Furthermore, even before we arrived they were bugging us for an additional payment on top of what Booking.com's tax invoice. The reason given for the extra charges were for admin fees, pool and gym club. We informed them that we will not be accessing those facilities because we do not have time and therefore refused to pay their extra charges. We note, we booked this apartment due to good reviews and rating provided via Booking.com website, however, we were very disappointed and surprised of such substandard condition the Unit No. 6310. If we could rate less than 1, we would. Our recommendation do not stay at Unit 6310.

Hidden charges. Total room price on page was 1800php but upon arrival, we had to pay additional fees: transient fee of 220php and parking of 350php of which we were not informed beforehand.
