BUDGET FRIENDLY CONDO-STUDIO UNIT

Self contained.

No microwave and the tv had poor ariel reception whereby there were only about 6 channels accessible. Internet could not be used via the tv. The advertisement did not give clear identification of location of condo but it was given to me whilst on route to the Philippines and you can see this in some of the reviews by others.

the location itself have its nearby convenience shop like laundry shop, salon , restaurant to go , frozen goods , water station , 24/7 convenient store. just 2 blocks away from the bldg 3. and also the host of this property is very attentive to the needs of her/his guest. but I have something to recommend about the lights. please add 1 bulb. over all 9/10 thank you maam Beth! 🥰🥰🥰 surely I will be glad to come and stay again to your place. kudos! -Japitana

Check in and check out are solved easy and uncomplicated. The appartment has enough space, a comfortable big bed and a very well equipped kitchen with nice new pots for cooking. It was clean and has an excellent working split aircon and a reliable internet connection. MC Donalds, Chow King and a Metro Supermarket are arround 12 walking minutes away. The appartment has a good value for the money if you can use your own vehicle to go arround.

It is situated already a little bit far from the common tourist spots so that it might not be the best choice for classic tourists. Parking inside the village is a problem already even with a small motorbike. The TV (a smart TV of the first generation) is only connected to a simple antenna at the balcony so it's only possible to watch 1 or 2 local channels in nearly acceptable quality. As the apps are not updated and it has a very week processor it is not possible at all to watch youtube or internet tv with it. It would be nice to have a shower curtain in the bathroom so that you will not have a completly wet floor after the first one is taking a shower.

The guards are insisting that there is no parking space at all connected to the condo and you have to ask and rely upon that they will let you park somewhere every evening.
