Good ac, good place and bery clean i booked place two times, have free netflix.

There ant or some other small bugs coming through door on table if you leave something, sometimes feels humid( you need use ac on dry mode) Price little too big for place like that.Also no stove ,so you cant cook anything ,only boil water.

It’s close around everything

We didn’t really like the bed it’s uncomfortable to sleep on.

Грязный душ, дыры, грязные поверхности, грязные окна, плохой вайфай не соответствует заявленному и оценкам, сломанный пуль от телевизора который сам его включат и выключает, если не убрали ночью пульт подальше или не вытащили батарейки он включается, кнопки еле работают

The place honestly needs a lot of maintenance to do. Ang moldy ng place at may after smell na parang galing sa kanal. Nasisira na din yung ceiling tapos may mga small insect na nahuhulog mula sa kisame. Walang bidet and the netflix as advertised in the post? Hindi din naman magamit dahil hindi gumagana yung remote. And the property manager? Unresponsive. I think you should consider taking your property off on all leasing sites and have it maintained.

The location. If you have business at the United States Consular Agency at the Waterfront hotel, save that hotel cost. Walk down the drive and right at the entrance is this perfect gem for considerably less! A 3 minute walk saves you a lot of money and it's actually quieter than the hotel room! Secured elevator takes you to the floor with a great view. Digital code was never a hassle. Check in was extremely easy because of the digital door lock Internet was extremely fast! Zero issues if you need some work days, or just need to download a new series on Netflix! The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. Being retired military I can always complain at the expert level. However, I really couldn't find anything worth complaining about! If you need to unwind, there are 2 new clubs on the top (22nd) floor. One indoor and 1 outdoor. Both were exceptionally well done with a different vibe. I do recommend table reservations, but their minimum drink requirement was low enough that 2 people having a couple drinks and a snack will easily meet it, so you might as well! You'll get more for less and a seat too!

I didn't like that I didn't book it for the entire trip! I spent money on the hotel when I didn't have to! Oh, ohohhhh and there was no 7-11 within 100 feet of the building!

The host is very responsive about my queries. The unit itself is clean and almost complete with what you need.

Bed too soft

Pretty room. It smelled good cause the owner put out something in the apartment that smelled nice.

The workout room was a big reason why I choose this but that was not a gym in my opinion. I didnt love the location.
