Pozitionarea chiar in centrul orasului, locuinta extrem de spatioasa (mai mult decat suficienta pentru 2 persoane).

Mirosul inchis din apartament, greu de scos cu geamurile si usa deschisa, iar apoi suprafata fiind mare si afara rece, am reusit cu greu sa reincalzim camerele.
