I loved everything although no one told us that the pool is not working they told us the time we checked in.

Centrally located

No back-up power source No electricity for the entire night due to power outage

Quiet, safe, sirene and clean

Been staying at Mafini for 3 consecutive years , booked on booking.com ! Same time every year in October for a whole week . And each time the pool was either broken, cracks in pool, water dirty and tiles needed to be replaced then we can’t swim , and I book the place for my kids to swim as well!

The place was neat We got there the pool was dirty this was very disappointing as I went there with kids. There should have been some kind of communication. . Also the cultry should be replaced. There was no knife to even chop meat. 2 eating spoons only. They could also maybe get bigger fridges they only had a bar fridge. They can also improve by getting security to open the gate. We had to wait for quiet some time for someone to come and open. We had to hoot quiet a few times. There was nobody to welcome a person we had no keys as the guy who had the keys was not there.

The manager met us not long after arrival

I booked a One bedroom Apartment with a sleeper couch (2 adults and 1 kid) but when I received the keys the apartment only had a double bed, and to note this had no Mirror as well. This was all sorted when we moved to another apartment the next day. The pool was not in order which we looked forward to as this was part of our search.
