The apartment was spacious and neat

There is no aircon and the weather was crazy hot during our stay

Facility is very clean

Utensils are not enough in the houses We were sharing a mop with other visitors There was no air freshener in our bathrooms Stove was not working properly Not enough pots

Great host, clean beyond expectations, clean pool and awesome chill area

There was a mix up with the room booked, initially was offered a bachelor even though I had paid for an apartment but issue was sorted after I raised the concern

This was our 2nd time there, the place is beautiful, exactly like the pictures. Peaceful, calming and clean.

There was no electricity from the morning of the 1st January. Tried to call Puseletso but no answer, until the house keeping lady went to fetch him but we still had no communication as to what happened or even an apology. Had to bath with cold water for 2 days. Had to spend extra money that was not on budget just to get food in the morning because there was no electricity to prepare food. We left and the situation hadn't changed and still no comms or apology. We're are deeply disappointed in the treatment received.

The place and swimming pool was clean

Struggled to contact someone, the power was off for almost the whole Saturday and with the rain no food good be prepared due to the braai being open and no stove in the place.
