The location

The beds, they were uncomfortable

The appartment was in a good location, the host was very nice and helpful. The rooms in the upper floor were comfy, but too hot.

The parking place is basically no-existant. It is so tight to move, we couldn't even get in with our car, and had to leave it half way parked, so that the neighbours would get out. which means we couldn't really even get our stuff out of the car, because the doors to the car were inaccessible, it was tightly squeezed in between the walls - so we stayed without our essentials, which was difficult having kids. The sofa on the ground floor was not possible to use - downstairs it was super cold and very noisy, noise coming from some machine, maybe heating or smth like that. The rooms upstairs were nice, but way too hot. Because there were six of us, and the downstair sofa didn't work, 2 of us needed to sleep on the floor. The Wifi wasn't working and it was important for us, because we couldn't plan our trip ahead. Upstairs the neighbour decided to wash clothes at one a clock past midnight, and it was very noisy, when the machine was spinning for long time. Unfortunately we couldn't really have any rest in this place, even though the host seemed nice and caring - if you are only max 4 people and travelling without car or some supersmall car, it might be ok for you.

Perfect location

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable one and duvet was really small for an adult.

Better than in the photos. Location is perfect, close to Gubalowka and to the city centre with a nice private garden so no need to bother with finding a parking space if you want to go Krupowki or to the cable car. We visited Zakopane around New Year’s Eve and the city was super-crowded but from this apartment most of the attractions were in a walking distance. The staff was very helpful when we contacted them.

Everything was clean and tidy. Very good service.

Nothing

Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from the city center. Adjacent private parking. The house is spacious and the surroundings are quiet. Very stable and fast Wi-Fi. The owner allowed us to check in earlier. Thanks for everything.
