Unable to use the cooking facility as the main electric switch melted on the first day the bed was quite uncomfortable as well The phone numbers on booking site are all incorrect. Fire alarm going off due to night club assuming faulty wiring or water getting into electrics

Showers not working, no water in bathroom sink, leak from ceiling, temporary heaters, kitchen windows were not sealed and therefore very cold

There really isnt any thing to complain about .apart from being stairs as i have problems with mobilty .would be better if there was a lift .but apart from that appartment was fantastic .petfect location for the sea and right by town so petfect for shops .and loads of pubs close by. Can catch a tram close by and not far from train station .will defo stay here again,pet friendly as well i took my dog plenty of space for them to walk around

Stairs and long corridor and not lift so not good if you got mobility issues

The property was handy for what we needed and suited our requirements.

Location was good in terms of proximity to the Winter Gardens and Grand Theatre. Security was good rooms spacious.

Bad Mattress on bed. Design very cold and floor cold. Not very comfortable in its design. Weak electric shower. Not thoroughly clean appliances. A functional space not warm in atmosphere.
