Nice spacious room good facilities good location and parking which is a bonus

Room felt cold 1st two days as only one radiator was working then on morning of leaving room was too hot as other radiator was working. Shower didn't have good water pressure.

Lovely house very clean ,close shops restaurants pubs a few minutes from blackpool North station all 3 couples loved it as such we are definitely going back in summer look forward cheers Ian and maureen

As always room 3 is a gem of a room. A real home from home with extra touches that make it stand out. Bottled water, fresh milk, coffee pods and tea bags. Elaine goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the room.

Absolutely perfect stay at Dewsbury House, very stylish and comfortable rooms, it will be my first choice when visiting Blackpool again.

The quality and price are great ,the location is great for us.

It's the first time we have stayed in studio 1 and found it a little small for us ( we are being very picky 😁), we usually stay in studio 2 and its great

The room was lovely , cosy and clean , kitchen area had everything we needed including complimentary biscuits, milk and bottled water. The shower was lovely and powerful enough. The owner was easy to contact , very helpful and kind .

This place was booked for my in-laws. They loved it. Communication with the owner was great and she was very accommodating.

Everything! It was clean, well equipped, the kitchenette was perfect, the bed was comfy, great location for our needs and the owner was lovely, very accommodating. We will be back.
