Sea-front Apartment home-from-home

Lovely property, surprisingly spacious. Love the qwerky decor. It has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. And a lovely sea view. Neigbours were quiet too.

Position

Too many random cables and plug blocks, not properly wired. Decor was poor with missing wallpaper. Rather dated. Bath was not used as it looked rather unsanitary.

Location is fab. Close to tram stop and lots of on street parking.

Decor is a bit dated but didn't affect stay.

The location was fantastic, and the apartment was spacious. Quite a good layout re beds , the apartment felt very eccentric! It was like stepping back in time to your granny's home! It was fantastic as my sisters and I was sharing the apartment so the bed lay out was great but if I was going with my husband we couldn't have slept in the bed together in one room there was two singles and in the other was two singles and a very small double (or a large single) so for the party I was attending with it was fantastic Loved all the old school pics of the royal family, churchhill, and Audrey Hepburn

There was cupboards and side boards filled with stuff, no space wasn't filled with wires/books/cleaning supplies/teddys/random things it's clearly been someone's home that they have yet to clear out its very cluttered and the decor needs a lot of work skirting boards falling off the walls wall paper peeling off the walls gaffa tape holding wires to the door frames, it honestly feels like someone parent passed away and they thought we will turn it into a rental (great idea, and again location is great) but more is needed to update it Also it wasn't clean there was a dirty used razor (it actually had hair in it) in the shower 😳 and loads of half used soaps /shampoos/puffs for body washing laying around seems very unhygienic and all the windows could do with a wipe down properly

This apartment was amazing. We travel to Blackpool quite alot and usually find somewhere different each time. We have now found the best place to stay and we will use this apartment every time from now on. The views from the front windows are awesome. The apartment has been decorated and loaded with 1930's memorabilia. it's like stepping back in time. There was even wine and beer in the fridge and there was plenty of tea and coffee items in the cupboards as well as plenty of condiments. The property owner was very informative and communicated perfectly during our stay. I cannot stress enough how gorgeous this apartment is. we will definitely be back. thank you

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

This is our second time at the property and it’s just lovely. I find it’s really different and quirky and very homely. As a family of 5 it is ideal for us, especially with children who loved the choice of DVDs, games, books and binoculars! I feel there is lots of small touches which make a big difference from staying in a hotel and allows the apartment to feel more homey. Parking is limited but we have had no issue finding a space as soon as we have arrived on both our stays. Apartment was clean and well kept, lots of little extras and nice touches which made us feel welcome and same as before our host was very communicative via the app. I would recommend and I would stay again. One night never feels enough at the apartment and I would love to stay for longer next time!

If I was really really nit picking some of the decor could use a slight bit of TLC. In the back room (next to the living room) some of the wallpaper was peeling and patchy in a few places, but it didn’t affect our stay and I’m really not too fussed!

The location, the view, the comfortable beds, the binoculars, the good communication and the facilities.
