Sea-front Apartment home-from-home

The flat was very comfortable, clean and in a lovely quiet location. The free parking was a great bonus, as it's very close to the tram stop, so we could just hop on from there. The flat had everything we needed and a lovely view straight out onto the sea. The communication from the owner was prompt and very helpful.

Hall was musty. The bathroom was not clean and shower didn’t work there was people before us used sponge on a stand in the bathroom and in the toilet there was used toothbrush and toothpaste on top of the cabinet , the kitchen the oven wasn’t clean and didn’t know how to use it there wasn’t many utensils in the kitchen no frying pan but so many glasses we could of had a party for 50. Bedroom one wallpaper was coming off the wall wardrobe was full of stuff so no room to put are items bed was not a double was a queen the other bed in there was next to the window so the curtain sat on the bed extra furniture was not needed tv didn’t work no pillow protector Front room wow view was amazing but ripped chairs and crisp underneath it biscuits in the clock and tv that tuck at an hour to sort as there is wires all over the place no welcome pack on how to use things to much furniture extra tables and chairs that fell apart when picked up to use them Second dining room can not get around the table if you more than a size 14 tv didn’t work Second bedroom bed next to window so draft on my back all night wardrobe full of items again and some dolphin toy that we had no idea why it was in my daughter bed uuurrrr wasn’t clean two lamps and drawers with out handles no curtains on the doors to the bedrooms and second bedroom door didn’t close front door so heavy

Easy check in with clear instructions. Quiet end of Blackpool and easy transport links. Clean with good facilities although the older style of furniture might not suit some people and wallpaper needs replacing as peeling and missing some sections. Enjoyed the view from the front window watching the trams passing. Tram stop not far from apartment.

Noisy neighbours being very loud until 2am and again at 5:30am meant not a very good nights sleep.The concrete construction of the apartments mean that the sound proofing isn't great and each tram passing is heard as a low rumble which if your used to quiet might disturb your sleep. Parking outside of the apartment is insufficient for the number of properties and meant we had to park on the road and pay.

Loved the binoculars to see the view. Owner left us some milk an coffee which was a bonus for when we got there

Uncomfortable mattress had a rubbish sleep because of this

The property needs updating its really old and smells really old and foisty. There are cracks in the bathroom windows.and the neighbors down stairs are really loud and woke me up arguing at 1.oo am was not happy as i had my children there its not worth the money at all. I wont be staying again.
