Great location, friendly staff

The apartment smelled and wasn't very clean sadly

Sandra was there waiting for us and even put reserve on parking spot due to husband having copd .

We visited blackpool for our daughters 17th birthday and stayed in one of the exceptional flats, fit for 6 people. The flats are cosy with everything you need. It was spotlessly clean and worked perfectly for us. The owner Sandra is so welcoming, kind, lovely, and was a fantastic host over the whole weekend, we was even allowed to bring our toy maltipoo to stay the weekend, they even supplied us with dogs bowls :) The location was also perfect for us, with a brilliant park and loads of green for our dog to have a run around about a 5 minute walk away. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you, Sandra, for our fantastic stay!! XXX

The owners were wonderful and so helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately the room we had booked was not designed for large ladies. Will need a bigger room next time.

Sandra the host was very very lovely, the location was great for where we needed to be, it was small, but was clean with a lovely hot shower.

Only down side was, I didn’t read it properly to see it’s a pet friendly place, so my mistake, no offence to pets, but you can smell dog, and see a few pet hairs. Apart from that, it was a lovely place.

Very impressed how clean the flat was. Smelt clean and fresh. Plenty of room in the kitchen to sit at a table, and everything supplied to prepare yoour own food. Excellent location for Clevelys shopping center (3 mins walk). I was on the top floor, and had a great view over Cleveleys and could see the prom in the distance ( only 6-7 mins walk ). Despite overlooking Kelso Road, with the tramline, it was very quiet (could hardly hear the traffic) and amazingly, for Cleveleys, no seagull noise !

The top flat is Ideal for 2, maybe a little small for a group of 4, but For the price, no complaints whatsoever.
