"Superb"

The apartment is great, clean, comfy and cosy. Liked to spend time and the balcony has sun it the mornings. Nice.

No kitchen towels (not a single even the paper one), this is inconvenient. No tea (at least couple of bags would be helpful). And one more thing but strictly subjective, all the kitchen handles were traumatic a bit, they scratch clothes and skin. I admire that they were probably self-made but the tips definitely should have been sanded to avoid cutting yourself.
