"We booked 2 flats with 2 bedrooms, but were given 2 one-bedroomed flats. We tried to accommodate the hosts but the sofa"

The property was very modern and clean.

When we arrived there was a smell of cigarettes and in one of the flats there wasn’t any cutlery or enough sheets or towels for the 4 people the flat was meant to cater for.
