Terre Apartment

Great host , flexible, helpful and very sweet. Great location. Two bedrooms perfect for a family (2 adults and 2 kids).

The street is a bit noisy (by the main pedestrian street of the tiny village and the insulation is bad so it is not quiet). It is hard to get fresh air and opening windows. The bathroom is old and not very practical: shower changing warmth, no place to properly hang towels...

Lovely town and the apartment was in the perfect location. Roberta was very kind and patient through the payment process. Great place to fully explore beautiful Cinque Terre.

Our fault, but they only accept cash or bank transfer. Was included in a line in the email confirmation but nowhere on the booking app. Remember to check BOTH the app and email since booking.com doesn’t include ALL information in the application. Live and learn but still frustrating. The apartment good, and this doesn’t detract from that.

Very nice location in the middle of the tiny mountain village

My wife was ill but it was worse with the anti-moth smell. Every cupboard and drawer had a strong smelling moth guard and it made her feel worse.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable beds. A friendly representative of the management met us in the main square, walked us to the apartment, and answered questions we might have had about the apartment.

We were told in the booking that cash would not be accepted as a form of payment, but when we arrived at the location, we were informed that cash (or a money wire) were the only forms of payment that were accepted, and we had to scramble to come up with over EUR 500 cash on the spot. Fortunately there was an ATM in town, but we would have preferred to have been charged on the credit card you had on file for our reservation, and that we had been led to believe would be the actual form of payment when we made the reservation.
