Very good location, close to the centre and on the beach.

Secure, clean, quiet apartment. Good communication with the host. You can reach the beach in less than 3 minutes but if you want to swim you have to go a bit further. There is a swimming pool in the complex, we didn't use it so can't comment on it. Shopping centre with restaurants and bars within 10 min walk.

Not much to dislike about the apartment, The view from the back balcony not the most scenic, though you can't blame the host for that.

Very comfortable appartment with all necessary devices. I liked most the sunny terrace at the back, which was covered from the wind. The beds are big and comfrotable, fully equipped kitchen, popcorn beach just 2 minutes away. Walking distance to town center. Highly reccomend!

Location is very good. Taxi rank nearby. Local shopping centre 7-min walk. Beach 5-minute walk away. Despite it booking.com saying your met in-person, you are not. You must use a lock box. The early check-out fee is rubbish as the keys are left in lock box. The check-in hours up to 8pm are also rubbish. 2 decent size rooms with double bed in each. Nice furniture in each room for storing clothes and the suitcases. Area around apartment is nice and quiet in safe area. We asked for a second set of keys but our request was denied. Bit of a pain. Lovely front garden with patio set. To the rear of property is a big balcony which you can hear the sea and enjoy star watching in the evening. During the day you are overlooking a view similar to a prison yard. It is great to have the 2 outdoor spaces. The pool is lovely and very near the apartment. Sunbeds provided.

Communication was very poor from host. You had to ask for everything. I asked for best travel method from airport, including public transport. I was told cost of taxi & to ask in airport for airport shuttle buses. No mention of how easy & cheap it is to get public transport. Again, when on the bus to Corralejo we had to text what stop to get off. Told the main strip/ commercial centre - 20 min walk or get a taxi. We learned from locals on the bus there was a stop 5 min walk from apartment. This is simply an example of the complete lack of information. How hard is it to create a simple airport travel page and email the information to guests?! We arrived Christmas Day (6 January) and it would ave been very helpful if the host communicated that all local amenities close early - Google only does so much, local knowledge is great. If someone was staying with me on a holiday where local services were closed, I would share the information. It would be very helpful to provide information in the apartment on a laminated page/ booklet with key information including where the swimming pool & bins are, taxi and local bus information, a few local restaurant recommendations. Always nice to have some local suggestions provided and it doesn't take much effort to do this.... if it wasn't for a local we would not have known about the weekly live flamenco music and Sunday markets nearby. Poor Hygiene: Guests are expected to complete a household supermarket shop for basic hygiene products - hand soap and dishwashing liquid not provided. We requested them before arrival and begrudgingly they were given - Although we had to wait nearly 2-days for the dishwashing liquid. No problem with guests being responsible for washing and drying their own dishes - but if guests do not buy dishwashing liquid, then the plates, cutlery and glasses are only being rinsed and not cleaned. Please be proactive in providing guest information.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location, comfy beds nice sun terrace peaceful location stones throw from the beach

We stayed in two bedroom apartment in very quiet building complex. Beds were very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. We loved the swimming pool, which was massive,very deep with crystal clear water and not crowded at all. If you're looking for place close to the beach and town centre and like privacy ,this is place for you.
