"Nice place to stay with surrounding facilities but need to have improvements."

Good location and very close to shopping complex.

This is supposedly new place and there room of improvement. Parking lot is good but the aren't have wheel stopper and floor a lot of sand and uneven surface at parking lot. Owner mention don't on 3 water heaters as will cause fuse to blow and will charge tenant for the cost of damage as this very dangerous to tenant and owner should resolved the issued not taking advantage to situation as they already aware. This will cause hazard to tenant and more dangerous will cause life. Since the unit only used by us and only use 1 water heater so I decide to proceed. Hope to improve this matter.
