Accueil très gentil, Matelas en 160cm confortable

Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Ce n'est pas le confort attendu pour une semaine de vacances à ce prix. Draps et couette de très basse qualité, c'est inconfortable. Mobilier de chambre inexistant. Vaisselle insuffisante et e très bas de gamme : seulement 2 verres à pied et de tailles différentes, très peu de couverts et d'ustensiles, il ne faut pas compter dresser la table pour 4 personnes, poêles anciennes et couvercles inadaptés ... etc Freezer totalement givré, donc inutilisable. Le plafond de la salle d'eau part en lambeaux, il va vous tomber sur la tête. Le sèche-cheveux est cassé et en pièces mais il fonctionne encore ... Tous les murs et portes sont tachés et la "décoration" est déplorable. La télévision est minuscule avec seulement les chaînes courantes espagnoles. Tout dans cette location est de mauvaise qualité alors que la résidence avec ses piscines est très jolie et bien conçue. C'est un piège à touristes

Todo estaba perfecto. El apartamento estaba super completo y super limpio. La atención maravillosa , es super amable.Si volvemos en otra ocasión repetiremos seguro.

Complex was lovely, nice swimming pools, nice decor, exceptionally clean minus one thing.. Staff who introduced me were excellent. Location was good, in a non party area, and quiet.

Mould around window frames in bedroom, and front French doors.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de las Dunas de Corralejo y las Grandes playas de Corralejo. Cerca de comercios, restaurantes y supermercados

Mobiliario viejo y sobre todo muy descuidado (lamparas de la mesita de la cama no funcionaban, las puertas de las estancias se atascaban, el plato de ducha perdía agua y cada vez que te duchabas se inundaba el baño...) Pésima limpieza, de hecho, después de la insistencia por su parte de hacer el check in cuanto antes, cuando llegó el momento, el apartamento estaba sin hacer de la salida anterior... Se veía que no hacían limpieza profunda en tiempo
