We love everything here. The Appartment is on a good location and very clean. We used to come here every year and happy with our host.

A very clean and well-equipped, comfortable, soundproof one-room apartment on the 8th floor with an attractive urban view (National Cathedral), with shops and restaurants nearby.

The place was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary tools. The localization is perfect for being close to the city center but not in the middle of the touristic places. It has great communication with a lot of places.

The one problem was the lack of chairs and tables to eat. We ate there only breakfast or snacks there and had to sit on the floor eating on a coffee table. As well we came there to partially work and the lack of table made it more difficult.

Excellent location near Parliament, clean with updated furnishings, and a nice city view

Very easy to communicate with the owner, who lives in the same building. He was very nice, helpful, and prompt in replying whenever I needed to call. He also was accommodating at check-in/check out, and offered to store my big baggage before check in time, so I can enjoy a comfortable stroll through the city.

There was no dining table, but he said (when I called) that it was in working progress.

Very clean and comfortable plus a very good location too. Very easy to find a parking spot just in front of the building and they are pet friendly as well.

We could check in at 4am, the owner was waiting for us, we called him as we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed apart from some small inconviences. The bed mattress was excellent as was the internet connection (measured 235Mbps/25Mbps). The location is served very well by public transport (buses) and the old center is about 10 minutes away. There is a 24h pharmacy, supermarkets, banks, money exchange office at a couple of minutes walking distance.

Since the apartment is located in a busy road junction, there is trafic noise reaching it, even on the 8th floor, if the windows are open. There is nothing to block the daylight entering from the window. The available table is too low, to be used for meals. There are no towel hangers in the bathroom.
