SWEET BLOSSOM - Lovely 1BR Apt in the City Center

El piso está muy bien ubicado para ir andando a las zonas turísticas. El interior está bien decorado y es bastante moderno (sobre todo, en comparación con el exterior). El personal estuvo siempre pendiente a través del correo y fue muy amable.

A pesar de contar con una cocina equipada, faltan muchos detalles para que pueda usarse con normalidad (trapos, utensilios, algo más de menaje, etc.). Además, se nota el paso del tiempo por el apartamento y le harían falta unas reformitas para dejarlo a punto, principalmente en el baño, donde también haría falta una buena limpieza a fondo. El apartamento tiene muchísima zona de almacenamiento, pero creo que sería más conveniente ofrecer otro tipo de servicio más adecuado para personas que estamos más "de paso" (por ejemplo, secador de pelo, gel/champú, papel higiénico, etc.).

カスタマーサービスがすぐに対応してもらえるところは良かったですが、9というスコアは高すぎると思います。私は、それを信頼して予約しました。部屋はかわいいし、快適でしたが、建物は古くて、夜は歩けません。エレベーターもビックリでした。スコアは厳しめになりましたが、正直な印象です。ハイスコアをつけてもらいたい気持ちはわかりますが、それを押し付けるのはよくないですよね。

シャワーの排水が悪くて申請するとすぐ直してもらえました。ゴミ箱もなく、不便でしたので言うとゴミ袋をくれました。対応してもらえた感はありますが、プロなら最初からきちんとしておいてよ、という気持です。虫がトイレから這い出できましたし、タオルは一週間滞在で2セットしかありませんでした。キッチンにもなかったので、使い回しするしかなくて、嫌でしたね。衛生的じゃないです。タオルをせめてあと１セットくれと申請すると、ホテルじゃないんだから、欲しいなら追加料金を払えと言われました。

Nice new apartment, good location.

We realised last day that we have just one roll of toilet paper for 3 days' stay. I think there should be some extra for people to use... The kitchen should be more equipped with kitchen cloth, some oil and microwave. Otherwise, you can't really use the kitchen. The bathroom sink didn't drain well.

Estaba recién reformado y céntrico

Tienen que hacer una limpieza general porque el piso lo mantienen pero había cosas que estaban muy sucias. La ducha daba mucho asco entrar estaba lleno de cal y óxido y además tenía los desagües atascados y se te llenaba el agua hasta el tobillo Luego había cucarachas en los lavabos No nos dieron el código de acceso hasta la hora de entrar que era las 15:00

There is everything you need!

This place is wonderful! The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated, it feels very cozy. It's new and spotless. It was pretty hot inside when we got there but there are two AC units (one in the living room and the other one in the bedroom) that effectively cooled the air down. All the facilities and equipment are available. It was also easy to get the keys as the instructions sent by the owner/manager were very clear. The communication itself is also very good. The location is really convenient – 5 minutes on foot to the metro station and University Square – and less than 10 minuts to the old town offering many restaurants etc. If I ever come back to Bucharest, I will be definitely staying here again! :)

Some tea or coffee for visitors (to go with the kitchen equipment) would be a nice touch :)
