We had a good stay. It is clean and there is a convenience store near the apartment. Highly recommended

Nice little studio. Very central. Good working Air-conditioning. Quiet. Good contact with owner through Whatsapp. Note: every visitor to Bucharest has to pay a small City tax that is charged per night. This is never included in the booking price. It is not a scam. The owner will ask you to pay this before your arrival. There's several bus stops right in front and to the sides of the building. A metro station very close. It is also right on the N# 100 bus line that connects the inner city to both airports, so very easy to reach, the bus is only 65 cents (In Euro) for a trip to any place in the entire network if buses. Several bakeries, Pizzerias, supermarkets, a crepe shop, and places for sightseeing are within walking distance from the apartment.

The water wasn't working for a few hours on one day. The building is quite old an a little run down. Elevators from Soviet era that are a little tricky if you're unfamiliar (as I was). You have to open and close the inner wooden doors by hand. In my opinion, the apartment could've been slightly cleaner. But it was not really dirty, just not very clean. The big rain shower didn't work at first because it was completely blocked with chalk from the water. I gave it a good cleaning (we have very hard water at home too, so I know it very easy to clean if you know how) and then it just worked fine (a little lemon juice is all you need).

The place is in a perfect location walkable to all shops in old town. It’s close to the airport. The place offers washer and dryer which was the best part.

The owner was aggressive over the phone when giving directions how to access the place. Not sure if it’s a cultural issue. The place does need upkeep the AC is leaking water. The main shower head is not working, the bathroom light bulbs need to be replaced and the front door handle is loose.

La posizione: centralissimo, a due passi dalla zona della "movida" e facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto: l'autobus 100, che si prende appena usciti dagli arrivi, vi porterà in poco più di mezz'ora a piazza Università, cioè a 2-300 metri dall'appartamento, al costo di € 0,60 (pagabili con la carta direttamente sull'autobus, quindi NON DOVETE cambiare in aeroporto). L'appartamento, benché piccolo, è carino e ben arredato.

L'appartamento è una stanza con un bagnetto ed un angolo cottura microscopico, entrambi parecchio arrangiati: la doccia ha solo mezza porta e si allaga tutto, il lavandino è piccolissimo, nella cucina ci sono solo un paio di pentolini (tra l'altra sporchi), ma tanto non siamo riusciti ad usare il fornello ad induzione, la parete dietro il letto è di truciolato e le prese vengono via tirandole. La cosa peggiore, però, è stata il gestore: sul sito c'è scritto che, all'arrivo, dovrete pagare le tasse di soggiorno, e quindi uno si aspetta di trovare qualcuno ad attendere, invece ho ricevuto un messaggio a mezzogiorno del giorno di arrivo (cioè quando stavo andando in aeroporto) nel quale mi diceva sostanzialmente che dovevo pagare online e che non mi avrebbe dato le istruzioni per entrare in casa finché non lo avessi fatto, proponendomi solo due metodi di pagamento decisi da lui: ho quindi dovuto pagare da cellulare mentre ero sull'autobus che mi portava a Bucarest, tra l'altro arrotondando per eccesso, perché ovviamente la cifra era in lei e non in euro. Dopodiché, quando gli ho chiesto come funzionava il fornello ad induzione la risposta è stata: "You need to press power first, After that you raise the heating levels to the heating", mentre quando gli ho chiesto se conosceva un posto dove lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out mi ha suggerito di cercarlo su internet

Posizione strategica, ambiente pulito e curato.

I cuscini del letto erano un po’ piccoli, della misura di quelli del divano.
