Gorgeous Apartament with View in Piata Universitatii

Close to old town, close to parking garage as well. Very spacious. Clean. Non-responsive host. Asked questions and none of my messages were read on this platform or WhatsApp so in case host reads reviews: Shower drain did not work and threatened to flood the bathroom. Toilet seat almost slides off the toilet and shutters don’t all close which means it can be a bit bright and noisy at night being on such a major artery. Everything else was great

The building is very old. The elevator is about to fall apart, and a homeless person is sleeping in the hallway. Inside the apartment, the sofa was broken, the drawer in the bedroom kept falling, the window shade wouldn't open easily, and when we managed to open it, it would come down by itself. The toilet seat was broken. Additionally, we were locked out of the apartment for an hour, with two tired babies crying, because the hallway door was locked by someone from the neighboring apartment, which is owned by the same landlord. We weren't given keys, and we expected the landlord to come and unlock the door for us, but instead, he kept calling the other tenants, who weren't answering. The apartment is on a main road with a lot of noise and police sirens throughout the night. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

The flat was in a great location being about a 10 minute walk from the old town and close to other attractions. There was air conditioning in each room and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

The sofa needs fixing/replacing. Street parking was available but better to use the paid public car park nearby.

Clean and nice view

Great location! Old town can be reached on foot. Metro station just a few steps away. Good size and fully airconditioned. Amazing view! Parking right in front of building and bakery downstairs. Communication with owner was good. Building is very old and ugly and elevator small and ancient but it works fine but once you go inside the apartment everything is modern.

The concept for this apartment is great and it looks nice, however it needs to be renovated and properly cleaned. Whilst there was a very nice smell when we checked in, the apartment was not cleaned well. Floors were sticky and the sofa bed in the living room is full of stains and cannot be used as a sofa bed. Terrace was filthy.

Renovated apartment at great location

Doesn't maintained well: Broken sofa. The shower doesn't drain well. Broken toilet seat. One shutter stuck open, the other stuck closed. Broken door handle. Half of the kitchen lights doesn't work Missing/malfunction TV/AC remote controls. And so on... The worst thing, on our last night someone tried to break in, and the electricity fell down, so we ran away in the middle of the night 😭

Good location.

It was not clean. The chairs and sofa were falling apart. The bedsheets were so old that look dirty.. There weren't even a toilet paper in the bathroom. And we saw homeless people sleeping in the main entrance. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.
