Lovely Studio in the heart of Bucharest

La ubicación y el tamaño de la habitación estaban bien.

No habían toallas, no había paños de cocina y no había una pileta en la cocina .Hay que lavar las cosas en el baño ...en fin. Ya paso pero ...Hay cosas que mejorar.

It’s very well located and near by the center . The house was very clean and the instructions to access are very simple .

Was very surprised that towels aren’t included in the house and this is very important to know

A quiet, clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, rather centrally located studio with all basic tourist needs : indeed a "lovely studio" that could fetch the 9/10 or 10/10 grade !

Alas the host never mentioned how to access the studio, neither on its booking.com page nor by emails, so that I had to phone her upon arrival with a low battery smartphone. Fortunately her phone assistance was immediate and effective. Except for wifi, whose signal was low and unreliable. I could not connect any of my devices... All is well that ends well !

The apartment is in a terrible, disgusting condition, with complete unsanitary conditions and dirt everywhere. The toilet does not flush, and the place had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests — there was used toilet paper on the floor. I stepped on it… Disgusting! The bed linen hadn’t been washed either; it was greasy and dirty. The balcony is a dump, with a filthy bag of trash(attached a picture of one of them) and cigarette butts scattered everywhere. The ceiling is swarming with horrible insects that bite you all night long — it feels like living inside a filthy beehive. The air conditioner doesn’t cool the air at all; it just blows warm air slightly, making it impossible to sleep because of the heat. The fridge barely works and hardly cools the food. There is no hot water, the shower is broken, and there isn't a single towel available. The only table looks like it was hand-cut from a tree by the host herself — it’s so wobbly that eating at it is impossible, so be prepared to eat on the floor. The location is also extremely inconvenient. The host doesn’t give clear directions on how to find the apartment. You have to walk through confusing alleyways and courtyards, looking for a small sign (the only point of reference). The apartment key is in a street lockbox, but the host doesn’t specify which one, so expect to spend half an hour trying different codes on each box. I strongly advise against booking this apartment. It’s the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in on Booking.com in over 10 years of using the platform.
