Ultracentral Apartment with City View - Bucharest Old Town

Foarte aproape de obiective turistice importante din București: Centrul Vechi, Palatul Parlamentului, Catedrala Mântuirii Neamului, Piata Unirii, parcare plătită la Parcarea Unirii de la 35 lei pentru 12 ore, centre comerciale la o trecere de pietoni atât locuri de luat masa cât și pentru a face cumpărături.

Mirosul de mucegai din bloc este super puternic. In apartament, proprietarul se străduiește să îl acopere cu odorizante de camera, dar nu este ușor să ți-l scoți din nări! In fotografii nu se vede dar, este un apartament de pe vremea comunistă. Raportul calitate / prețul bun!

Apartamentul este putin luminat. Lipsesc niste lucruri de baza (hartie igienica, prosoape de hartie de bucatarie, fier de calcat) Canapeaua si fotoliile din sufragerie au fost foarte incomode, instabile si cu greu am incaput 2 persoane pe acea canapea. De asemenea peretii foarte murdari, lustra sta sa cada, in spatele televizorului o priza defecta. TV-ul si WI-FI-ul nu functionau. AC-ul nu a facut fata aproape deloc, a mers nonstop si nu racea apartamentul deloc. In bucatarie erau defecte un dulap si cosul de gunoi. La baie am gasit gandaci, perdeaua de la dus groznic de murdara, si la fel si gresia si faianta de la dus. Iar para si furtunul de la dus erau rupte. Din pacate am fost nemultumiti de cazare.

Jest to apartament raczej dla 3 niz dla 4 osob. Przy otwartym oknie dosc glosnio, gdyz okna lokalu wychodza na glowna ulice, ale z drugiej strony jest to bardzo dobrze skomunikowana lokalizacja.

Brak parkingu nawet do rozpakowania bagażu. Wejście do budynku od podwórza gdzie smierdzi moczem I wygląda jakby byl opuszczony. Nigdy tam nie rezerwuj !!!

location is perfect, very close to the city center & to most of the main tourist attractions in Bucharest. That's the biggest advantage of the place. If you are looking for a short stay and you are alone or in small group (max 3) you should be satisfied. Place is perfect for city break & has a great value for money!

Nothing gamechaning, however few things might have been improved for the future. The cupboard under the sink was broken and it was tough to open it to throw the rubbish to the bin. If the windows are open, the neighbourhood might be a bit too loud, especially if you are sensitive and have problems with sleep (but that's not a big issue, so this is not lowering the score). The AC is only in one room, which is definitely not enough for the temperatures of +30 degrees. We were in a group of 4 people there and it was quite ok, but I'd definitely recommend it for smaller groups (2, max 3) especially if you need more space for yourself.
