Apartament Dworcowa 13

No oven Not lift so hard do go upstairs with 2 toddlers, Host wasn’t interested to give me an access to the gate so I couldn’t park my car in property. Listing says private carpark, but host doesn’t give an access, as each time you need to phone your host and he/she needs to open the gate through phone app. First time when I arrived I phoned the host so she opens the gate but wasn’t happy to do it, she asked me if I paid extra for an access (?). I explained that booking.com never charge for parking spaces, and there was no option to pay any extra as parking was included. Another day when I came back to property I phoned to ask to open the gate and my phonecalls were rejected after 1-2 beeps. How rude… I had to find the spaces around the streets what is very hard in city centre, drag my kids and shopping to back to apartment, what is very hard for one person under the heat. Very disappointing, as a year ago I did rent an apartment in same building, and that host had not problem at all to open the gate for us.

The apartment was a fabulous size, very clean and ideal location for exploring Bydgoszcz. We felt it was a very good price and would definitely use the apartment, if we stay again. It was very good security wise, with keypad gates etc. There was no issue with noise from other apartments. It was extremely warm in the apartment, no drafts! My son slept on the sofa bed, in the lounge and it was very comfortable. It was all very clean and very well presented.

A toaster may have been helpful to do toast for breakfast, though there was a microwave.

The most beautiful apartment I've stayed in so far :) Tastefully decorated, modern, spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable also for longer stays. Perfect location- close to all main attractions.
